The story
About Isaac
Farm roots, small-town stages and songs that tell the truth.
Isaac Buschur grew up on a family farm in Darke County, Ohio — the kind of place where the work starts early, the roads run long and there’s always a radio playing somewhere. He picked up a guitar at a young age and never really put it down.
His first stages were the ones close to home. Breweries, bars, county fairs and small-town festivals across western Ohio became his proving ground, and night after night those acoustic sets grew into a live show built on energy, connection and real songs.
That work led to a turning point: Isaac won a competition that earned him a performance at Country Concert in Fort Loramie, Ohio — a major country music stage not far from where he grew up.

From there, Isaac traveled to Nashville to record original music with professional Nashville production. The result is a growing catalog of singles — “Hey Hey Honey” and “I Walk The Line” in 2024, followed by “Dive Bar Rockstar” and “But It Isn’t” in 2025 — blending modern country, country-rock and the acoustic roots he started with.
Today Isaac performs both as a solo acoustic act and with the Isaac Buschur Trio, bringing a fuller, higher-energy sound to festivals, fairs and larger events while still playing the patios and taprooms where it all began.
In 2026, Isaac was nominated for Emergent Artist of the Year at the Josie Music Awards, and “Dive Bar Rockstar” earned a nomination for Song of the Year – Country Male. He’s still writing, still releasing new music and still booking the next show.
